                2011 Season Rates

 

Standard Rates - April 1st - Sept 30th and October 31st -December 23rd. (excluding Holiday weekends and special events)

Peak Rates September 1st - 3rd,  October 1st- Nov. 3rd,  November 22nd-24th - all dates inclusive.
 

To make a reservation you will need a credit card.  The card  will be authorized for the amount of your stay. This means that your credit card company has guaranteed the funds for your stay. They should not bill you for the amount until you stay with us. If you used a debit card, your bank may pull the funds from your account, which will reduce your account balance.

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be canceled within 14 days (October & Holidays 30 days) for refund, minus cancellation fee of $25.00.  No shows and cancellations less than 14 days (October & Holidays 30 days) will be charged for entire amount of reservation.

Check-in time is 3 p.m., if arriving after 7pm please call.  Check-out time is 11 a.m.  This allows us time to prepare the same "Laurel Springs experience" for our incoming guests.

Well-behaved children age 10 and above are welcome, but limited, give us a call.

Pets are not allowed, we have no pets on the property.

Covered smoking areas are provided outside. No smoking is allowed in the Inn.

Laurel Springs Lodge cannot sell wine, but you are welcome to bring your own in.
