All rates are for 2 persons per night, A third person is $25 extra per night. Tax is not included.

*  Standard Rates - 14 March to 28 Sept and 29 October through 23 Dec.    (except Holiday weekends and special events)
*  Peak Rates - 29 September to 30 October,  24 December to 3 January, and Holiday weekends
**   Winter Rate - January 4nd to 13 March    (except Valentines day weekends and Valentines Day.) No other discounts apply.

Discounts:  5% for extended stay, 5%  military., and 5% for payment in cash (we give you the savings instead of paying the credit card company!).  Call for any other discounts.

Only cash and Military discounts apply on holiday weekends and in October.

Cancellations severely impact us because of our small size. If a cancellation is necessary, please do so 10 days prior to your reservation date to prevent a cancellation fee equal to one-night's lodging.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.. or later.  Check-out time is 11 a.m.  This allows us time to prepare the same "Laurel Springs experience" for our incoming guests.

Well-behaved children age 12 and above are welcome.

Pets are not allowed, we have no pets on the property.

Covered smoking areas are provided outside. No smoking inside please

We accept VISA, DISCOVER, and MASTERCARD credit cards . Sorry, we can only accept checks if paid in advance and received 10 days prior to your arrival.
